Refund Policy

To start a return, Please contact us at support@agapepulse.com to receive return instructions and the correct return address for your order.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Coffee & Tea Products: Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our coffee and tea products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used bags. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will resolve it with a replacement or store credit.
